These terms govern your use of Doruni, a PDF-tools product operated by CENDRO LABS PTY LTD ("we", "us", or "our") at doruni.app. By using Doruni, you agree to these terms.
The service
Doruni provides information about and access to free browser-based PDF utilities as they become available. Tools may crop, rotate, split, combine, number, watermark, or otherwise process documents. Features, supported formats, limits, and availability may change as browsers and the service evolve.
Your files and outputs
You retain all rights you have in files you select and outputs you create. When a tool is described as browser-local, you do not grant Doruni a license to upload or store the selected document. You are responsible for confirming that you have the right and any required permission to use and process every document you select.
You are responsible for reviewing an output before relying on, signing, filing, publishing, printing, or distributing it. PDF processing can affect layout, links, forms, signatures, fonts, metadata, accessibility, or compatibility as described by each tool. Doruni does not provide legal, financial, records-management, or archival advice.
Acceptable use
You must not use Doruni to:
- break the law or infringe another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights;
- process or distribute documents you do not have authority to use;
- interfere with, probe, overload, or attempt to bypass the security of the service;
- misrepresent Doruni outputs as verified, certified, legally valid, or endorsed by us; or
- use automated traffic in a way that harms availability for other visitors.
Doruni materials
Doruni's name, logo, interface, site copy, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials. You may use the public service for its intended purpose but may not copy or exploit protected materials except where law or a separate license permits.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a tool or the website. We do not promise that every feature will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every browser, document, PDF feature, or downstream service. We may restrict abusive or harmful access.
Disclaimers
Doruni is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee a particular output, preservation of every PDF feature, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Doruni is not a backup or archival service; keep your own copy of every document.
Liability and mandatory rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CENDRO LABS PTY LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of Doruni. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
Third-party services and links
Doruni may rely on infrastructure and analytics providers and may link to third-party websites. Third-party services have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest revision. If a change is material, we will reflect it on this page. If you do not agree with the current terms, stop using Doruni. Questions can be sent to support@doruni.app.
