This policy explains how CENDRO LABS PTY LTD ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when operating Doruni at doruni.app.
The short version
- When a Doruni tool says processing is local, the selected PDF stays in your browser.
- We do not require an account or payment information to use public tools.
- We use website analytics to understand traffic, reliability, and how tools are used.
- We do not sell personal information and do not use Doruni for advertising.
- If you email support, we receive the address and information you choose to send.
Files processed by Doruni
A tool described as browser-local processes the selected PDF on your device. In that workflow, the document, filename, page contents, metadata, and finished file are not uploaded to Doruni. The browser may temporarily hold this material in memory while a tool is open and releases it when you reset the tool, close the tab, or the browser clears its temporary resources.
If a future Doruni tool requires server processing, that tool will explain the upload, purpose, limits, retention period, and deletion behavior before you select or submit a file. This policy will also be updated before that processing is launched.
Information we collect
- Operational data: IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information, response status, security signals, and error information generated when the website is delivered.
- Usage data: page views, referral source, approximate location, device and browser characteristics, interaction events, and performance information. We do not intentionally include filenames, PDF contents, document metadata, or local download URLs in analytics events.
- Support data: your email address and the contents of messages and attachments you voluntarily send to support@doruni.app.
Analytics and browser storage
We may collect limited usage information to understand traffic, improve tool completion, and diagnose reliability problems. Essential browser storage may remember settings such as language or appearance. Non-essential analytics may use cookies or similar technologies.
Where required, non-essential analytics are enabled only after consent. You can withdraw consent through the controls provided when those services are active, or clear and block browser storage through your browser settings.
Why we use information
- To deliver pages, maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.
- To measure aggregate traffic and improve tool completion and reliability.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of personal information, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a privacy regulator. Email support@doruni.app to make a request or privacy complaint. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Security and children
We use HTTPS and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Doruni is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect account information from children.
Changes and contact
